1. Who we are

Golf Swing Analyzer is a mobile application published by TisseraK, acting as the data controller under the GDPR. For any question: contact@tisserak.fr

2. Summary

No image, video or audio from your camera is ever recorded or transmitted. Your swing is analysed entirely on your device. The app contains no advertising, no analytics and no advertising trackers. Your data is never sold, rented, or used for targeting.

3. Data we collect and why

3.1 User account — Firebase Authentication

Creating an account is optional: the app can be used in guest mode, which creates an anonymous session with no email address.

If you use “Sign in with Apple”, Apple may provide an anonymous relay email address instead of your real one — that choice is yours at sign-in time.

3.2 Player profile — Cloud Firestore

When you are signed in, your profile is stored on our servers (Google Cloud Firestore) so that it survives a change of device.

3.3 Data kept only on your device

The following never leaves your phone. It is stored in the app's private storage and erased when the app is uninstalled.

3.4 Data processed in memory and never stored

4. Permissions requested

Camera	Essential: filming the swing to analyse it live. No image is kept.
Microphone	Declared by the camera library in use. Audio is disabled: no sound is captured or recorded.
Location (iOS)	Declared by the camera library for potential photo metadata. The app never requests your location and does not use it.

5. Recipients and processors

Google acts as a processor, on our behalf and under our instructions. No data is transmitted to data brokers, advertising networks or commercial partners.

6. International transfers

Firebase services are operated by Google LLC (United States). These transfers are governed by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, incorporated into the Google Cloud data processing agreement.

7. Retention periods

Account and profile — kept for as long as the account exists, then deleted within 30 days of a deletion request.
Local data — kept on the device until the app is uninstalled.
Inactive guest accounts — automatically deleted after 12 months without sign-in.

8. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability.

Access and rectification — your profile can be viewed and edited at any time in the app.
Account deletion — directly in the app: Profile → Delete my account. Deletion is immediate and permanent: it erases your account, your server-side profile and all data held on the device (history, coins, skins, calibration). You may also request it at contact@tisserak.fr.
Portability — a copy of your data is provided on request.
Objection — you can use the app in guest mode, with no account and no email address.
Complaint — you may lodge a complaint with your data protection authority (in France, the CNIL — www.cnil.fr) if you believe your rights are not respected.

9. Security

Traffic between the app and our servers is encrypted (HTTPS/TLS). Access to profile data is restricted by server-side security rules: each user can only read and modify their own data.

10. Children

The app is not intended for children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has provided us with data, please contact us and it will be deleted.

11. No advertising, no payments

The app contains no advertising, no ad tracking, no real-money purchases and no subscriptions. Coins earned by playing are a fictional currency with no market value and cannot be exchanged.

12. Changes

Any substantial change to this policy will be announced in the app. The date of the latest update appears at the top of this document.
